Expired account: can we restore your backup?

Introduction

If your hosting account has expired and you need to recover your website, emails or files, it is normal to worry about losing the data.

When an account expires, miHosting cannot guarantee that the files, databases, emails or other content are still available on the servers. Even so, there may still be a backup on one of our backup systems.

  1. Check the status of your service

    Review whether the service still appears in your client area and whether it is shown as expired, suspended or cancelled.

    Write from your client area or through the usual support channel and explain that the account expired and you want to know whether a backup exists.
