Can I Use It on WhatsApp, Telegram or Both at the Same Time?
Yes. You can order the service for one channel, choosing WhatsApp or Telegram, or use both at the same time. The right plan depends on where people contact you and how many messages your business handles.
Start with a practical question: where do people who need your services contact you today? Starting with that channel lets you focus the agent setup on a need you already have.
miHosting’s available options
| Need | Monthly plan | Annual payment |
|---|---|---|
| One channel: WhatsApp or Telegram, up to 1,500 counted messages per month | USD 24.95 | USD 249.50 |
| Both channels, or more than 1,500 counted messages per month on one channel | USD 39.95 | USD 399.50 |
The limit counts each incoming message and each AI reply during the month. If you use both channels, WhatsApp and Telegram totals are combined.
Meta, AI and other provider charges are included in the plan price and are not billed separately; the stated monthly limits still apply.
The two-channel plan applies when you want to use WhatsApp and Telegram at the same time, even if your total volume is below 1,500 messages per month.
If you use only one channel but exceed that volume, the USD 39.95 per month plan also applies. The change is communicated and coordinated manually; it is not automatic.
The channel should fit the way you work
One business may receive most sales inquiries on WhatsApp, while another gets many requests through Telegram. Some businesses want to support customers on either platform.
For example, a professional who receives quote requests only on WhatsApp may consider the one-channel plan. A business active on both platforms may need the expanded plan from the start.
Both plans include responses based on approved information, configured emails, ticket creation through a compatible API and handoff to a person when needed.
Review your inquiries first, then choose
Before the agent goes live, we review your channels, message volume and common questions with you. That helps define both the plan and the information the assistant needs.
The goal is to fit customer support to your business and your team’s workflow. For more about limits and billing, also see the guide to prices and message limits.
